It was yesterday in the middle of the night,
There was something going in and I knew it was a fight
Didn’t wanna listen neither interfere
Cause I thought to myself it’s pretty rough up there
Stayed in my bed trying to fall asleep
But the bumps up there was like counting sheep
Few hours later finally did succeed
But the questions in my head was like a pile of heat
So I dreamed ‘bout a life in peace
I seemed to have escaped from the damned police
Never mind that I didn’t have no money
Cause the land I was in was afloat with milk and honey
But I can’t make
I can’t escape it
It’s not a job now
It’s a god damn curse
When I woke this morning there was trouble in the air
Quickly figured out 'cause my boss was here
Shouting very loud about a Japanese
Who had killed his big woman just next to the police
Few hours later I did realize
That police in this connection much to my surprise
Meant me, little me, lying in my bed
While the Nippo upstairs had beat’n his geisha to death
So what I dreamt was her final escape
When she hit the heavens after the rape
No wonder there was milk all around
Or else I would have been on criminal ground, criminal ground
And so I made it
I escaped it
I’m in heaven
There’s no shift 11
yes
